By subscribing to our bin cleaning service, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
If you are located in Terrebonne, you are required to leave the bin that has already been emptied for the week empty until our next scheduled service day. This ensures that we can clean all bins at the same time, including the one that will be emptied on the upcoming service day.
If trash inside the bin is not bagged, there will be a $10 surcharge for us to remove and properly handle it.
Our bin cleaning service does not include trash removal. We only clean the bins. Please ensure that trash is properly disposed of through your regular waste collection service.
If the trash is bagged, we will clean the bin as usual without any additional charge or surcharge.
After cleaning, we will return the bin to its original location in a clean and sanitized condition.
All applicable taxes for our service are included in the price. The tax will be covered by us and will not be an additional cost to the client.
We take great care in cleaning your bins, but we are not liable for any damage that may occur to bins due to pre-existing conditions or improper use. Please make sure bins are in good condition before the cleaning service.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue our services, but we will inform our clients in advance if any changes occur.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a cleaning service, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations or changes made after this period may incur a late cancellation fee.
